The Final Conference of the Collaborative Research Center (SFB) 716 takes place on 24th to 26th September 2018 at the Heidelberg Congress Hall. On three days the scientists of the SFB will present the results of their research in the "Dynamic Simulation of Systems with large particle numbers".

The opening on Monday, 24th September 2018, begins with informations of the project, its subprojects and lectures of external speakers. One topic combines all scientists: How can complexe processes on molecular scales be previously figured and explored with simulations? At 19:00 pm the first congress day closes with a poster presentation, that gives an overview of the used simulation methods.

A special highlight on Tuesday, 25th September 2018, at 18:00 pm is the presentation of the astrodome movie at the House of Astronomy, which were developed for the exhibition "In the digital laboratory - Understanding the world through computer simulations" with the excellence cluster SimTech and the SFB. After the presentation the conference dinner starts at 19:30 pm.

The Closing begins on Wednesday, 26th September 2018, at 09:00 am. The Final Conference of the SFB 716 of the University of Stuttgart is accompanied by eight lectures of external speakers on the topic of simulation research.
